I am so sorry for your loss and had hoped to attend the services but what out of town returning late last night. Peggy worked for me at Hasbro for quite a while and she was always a delight. We all loved her personality and she always made us laugh. She always spoke of Larry and the girls. I am only sorry that I did not get to keep n touch with her after she moved n. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I remember when Larry worked as a mechanic in my uncles’ garage. You could always count on him to put in a full days work and by the end of the day he would inevitably be exhausted. Then Peg would drive up after completing her work day, ready to take Larry home.

To all who witnessed that intervening moment, repeated each day, their devotion to each other was so powerful and so rejuvenating that it was clear even then it would withstand the test of time. God, in turn, has blessed them with children and grand children who will bear witness to their love and commitment for generations to come.

I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family and friends. The God of comfort reassures us that he is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We are thankful to know we will see our loved ones again on the earth because of the loving hope of the resurrection Jesus promised at John 5:28, 29. Let those precious memories of your dear loved one Margaret be foremost in your thoughts and draw comfort from the wonderful times you spent together and cherish them. With deep respect I offer my sincere sympathy to all of you who knew and loved her. I hope these thoughts along with God’s Word the Bible provide you with a measure of comfort during this difficult time (Psalms 83:18).

Your Neighbor -
